A: The consumption displayed, is the consumption the current month. Edit the time period tab and choose a period between the first day of use and up until today. This way you are going to see the total consumption and not only the current month consumption.

A: When you request top up , your company is notified in order to approve the requested MB to your account. When your company approves it, then the MB requested are added to your account.

A: When you request top up, if your company has enabled the automatic approval option, then the requested MB will be added to your account. Otherwise, your company will be notified and if they approve your request, then the MB requested will be credited to your account.

A: When you log in to the card status page using the username and password provided by your company, you can navigate to the change password tab and add the password of your preference.

A: If you changed the supplied password form the card status page (change password tab), make sure that you keep the format you typed during the password change. Capital/lower case letters, symbols etc. Also, if you copy paste it, please confirm that you have not copied a space that it is considered a character.

A: Services like video / music streaming, podcasts, online games, updates, video calling and downloads, consume a lot more mb than simple browsing and texting via messaging applications. Be careful on how and where you are using your card and for how long.

A: Make sure that you always log out from the Hotspot page after you have finished with the Internet browsing/services. When the vessel’s connection is poor, avoid using your card for streaming services or services that require good connection. Check if your mobile phone, tablet, or pc, have the automatic application and software updates option enabled and disable it. Update only what you wish and when you wish.

A: When you are receiving a “Radius Server is not Responding” message, either the vessel’s satellite connection is offline, or the vessel’s satellite connection is poor and thus, connectivity with the shore side Hotspot authentication server, is not possible.

A: Please check in the card status page, if the available MB of your account/card have been consumed.
